‘Towards inclusive politics:politics is about everyone, what is your say?’

We are pleased to share the call for applications for The Young Feminist Weekend 2025 organized by the Nederlandse Vrouwen Raad (NVR). This weekend aims to bring 30 young feminists together to explore, understand and apply concepts such as inclusive politics, feminist leadership and intersectionality in the Dutch feminist movement.

The NVR offers a young feminist analysis of leadership that aims to challenge and transform accepted paradigms of leadership which keep women from being in control of their own destinies and which thrives on their exploitation and exclusion. Young (self-identified) women between the ages of 18-30 years, based in the Netherlands, who are – or want to become – leaders in their communities and/or organizations are strongly encouraged to apply.

Quick facts:

✅ Friday afternoon 7 – Sunday 9 November 2025, in The Hague, the Netherlands
✅ For (self declared) feminists aged 18 – 30
✅ Participation fee: €105 (incl. accommodation & meals & returnday)
✅ Application deadline: 4 October 2025, 11:00 PM

The weekend will be held in a welcoming and inclusive space in The Hague. A follow-up session will be organized after the event.

You might know young women that are currently living, working and/or studying in the Netherlands. Therefore you are requested to pass this message on to them.
